Happy Monday! Just a few more weeks left of our spring season and it has been KILLER! By killer, I mean beautiful and SO fun surrounded by the most amazing couples. We could not love our job more!

I’m so excited about this blog post! Mark & Tricia will go down in history as one of our favorite couples. They are fun and playful, stylish and kind. They are encouraging, and just overall happy people. We fell in love with them when we met them and we were so honored to be chosen as their photographers. Here is a little peek into their proposal story:

“During a trip to Cabo San Lucas with Tricia’s family, Mark arranged a sailboat cruise for the whole family and intended on proposing to Tricia during the cruise once they reached Lover’s Arch at sunset. As so many engagement stories go, the plan had to change because Mark got too seasick on the boat ride! The next day, Mark put together a plan B and proposed on the beach. Although the original plan wasn’t successful, their engagement is one of their favorite memories together. It’s a perfect example of how we make plans that we think are perfect, but when life changes the course, the “new” plan can be just as beautiful and memorable.”

When asked what their favorite memory has been together, Mark and Tricia both agreed that they couldn’t pick just one as they have been fortunate enough to travel and explore together for the last 8 years. They have visited new places, witnessed new things, and experienced new cultures. They cherish these travel memories the most simply because they were together, enjoying each other. While they love traveling (and finding ALLLL the cute coffee shops!), they also love hiking together and look forward to encouraging each other to be the best versions of themselves.

Mark and Tricia’s relationship has been largely built on enjoying the beautiful outdoors in Arizona, seeing their favorite bands live, and spending time with their friends and family. When it came to planning their wedding, they knew those 3 things would set the foundation: the gorgeous Arizona landscape, great music, and a party full of the people they love. And oh man, did they nail that wedding inspiration! Keep scrolling to see!
