Fiesta Inspired Wedding Photography: Fernando + Kristen

October 6, 2016

This beautiful wedding marks the start of our Fall 2016 wedding season! We have 15 beautiful and incredibly diverse weddings this fall and we could not be more grateful for each and every one of them. What we love most about the type of clients that we seem to attract is that they are all so different (yet so amazing!) and we have the privilege of photographing so many different styles and so many different colors! It’s seriously a photographer’s dream!

When I sat down with Kristen for the first time, I immediately LOVED her wedding vision. She had a deep desire to incorporate her culture and the way she was raised while also really valuing Fernando’s culture and making sure that his family felt valued and right at home at the wedding. She dreamed of her wedding being a diverse party that brought both cultures together in perfect harmony- and that is exactly what she achieved. Andrew and I were amazed by all the little touches throughout the day including Kristen memorizing her wedding vows in spanish and really making it a point to connect with everyone there. Both Fer and Kristen are extremely family oriented and we LOVED witnessing how close they were to their families and how much love resonated from the entire group… ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I can say again and again that most weddings truly represent a couple… but this wedding BY FAR… every aspect of it… truly represented exactly who Fernando and Kristen are as individuals and as a couple. It was breathtaking to see.

We felt so honored to start our season watching these two become one and even more honored to witness such a beautiful, tradition-filled, sacred day. We could not love this couple any more. Congratulations F + K!!!! -A&EJ
