Zach + Teneisha.
As I (Emily) watched Teneisha on her wedding day, as happy as could be, hurrying about the changing room from hair to makeup, to making sure all of her sister’s looked perfect, I was overwhelmed by how sentimental I felt. I adore Teneisha. We have a long history of her being the best friend of my baby sister (she was even in the waiting room of the hospital while I was giving birth to Temple and she was one of the first people in the room to see our precious baby girl!), to her nannying our kids, to her working in our office and helping our business to grow… including sending out client packages AND even emailing some of our clients as ME when I was completely overwhelmed. She is so special to us.
I remember the day when she told me all about Zach and I saw her light up as I never have before. I knew in that moment that he was it. He sounded perfect for her and she was completely smitten. In just a matter of months, we watched her move on from our office, get a beautiful ring on her finger, hug us all goodbye, and start a new life in the beautiful state of Washington with her new love.
We were so thrilled when it worked out perfectly for us to capture her wedding day. We wouldn’t have missed it for the world, but everything just seemed to line up like it was all meant to be. The day came and went and we were so amazed by how calm everyone was. Teneisha has always been laid back, but on her wedding day, it was evident that she cared about nothing else than becoming Zach’s wife. Their future was in her eyes, and we could tell she was ready. Zach is the perfect man for her, he makes her laugh constantly, makes her feel beautiful, and he loves her so tenderly. We could not be happier for these two and how God faithfully brought them together. Here is their day from our point of view… Enjoy!
