These two absolutely amaze us!! We have never met a couple who are so in love and confident in their relationship, and yet have spent the majority of their long relationship long distance from each other. Andrew & Jacqui met and fell in love well before they started to pursue their dream careers, and they always stayed together as schooling and work moved them from state to state- and by that, we mean SEPARATE states from each other, with most of their relationship being apart and relying on modern technology to keep their spark alive.

When the week of the wedding arrived, Jacqui had not seen Andrew in weeks and luckily he arrived just in time from a vigorous training schedule to marry his bride. On the wedding day they told us that they only had 2 days together and then he would be on an airplane and back to his all-consuming training schedule the following day. I was shocked as she told me the news and I said “No honeymoon? But you haven’t seen him in so long!” She smiled cheerfully and said calmly “We are used to this. I am just glad he is here. And this is only a season. Eventually we will take a honeymoon and eventually we will be able to live in the same place.” My jaw hit the floor. I am amazed and inspired by her strength and their powerful commitment to each other. They take each day as it comes, steal little moments to be together, and love each other so fiercely from afar. I honestly cannot put into words just how much we respect this incredible couple!!

The wedding day was so perfect thanks to our amazing friends from Sip + Twirl who made sure every detail was in place, and every moment was organized and beautiful. We just loved our creative team, we loved the incredible desert views at Desert Mountain Golf Club, and we loved the overall JOYFULNESS of the day. It was magical!

Congratulations Andrew + Jacqui, we are so inspired by your patient love… and because of your amazing example, we are striving to love each other deeper and really make each moment together count. We could not be happier for you! -A&EJ
